Sandor (Alex) Böhm, the chef and owner of the business is a native of Hungary. Pepper, or paprika, is the main ingredient in many authentic Hungarian dishes. By the way, Paprikash is also the name of our pooch!
About The Chef
The chef/owner worked in Lewisburg in several fine dining restaurants. He has been a chef for 15 years, since graduating in Hungary from culinary school.
Sandor also trained in many different European kitchens, such as French, Greek, Italian, and Hungarian.
